An indulgent and luxury trio of hair styling products…

I’m all for hair styling products, especially those that promise healthy and shiny locks. And when they come luxuriously packaged with a heavenly scent to match, it doesn’t get any better. Show Beauty was founded by Tamara Ecclestone and boasts an opulent collection of hair styling and hair care products. The brand is aimed at creating volume, improving texture and putting care back into your hair; all with a touch of hollywood glamour. A signature scent runs through each product to make for a swoon-worthy hair range and here are some of my favourites.

If you are a fan of hair oils then the Pure Treatment Oil is fantastic for both pre and post hair styling. I personally prefer to use this on dry hair and after I’ve styled it to smooth flyaways and add that extra dose of shine.

Since this is a dry oil, it doesn’t add any undue grease to the hair but as always, lightly applied is best. Luckily the pipette applicator ensures you don’t over do it and even the tiniest drop works wonders. With a blend of Argan and Jojoba oil this conditions hair, whilst Vitamin E and Ginger Root extract provides some all important anti-oxidant properties and protects against colour fade whereas Coffee Oil is great for hair growth.

The best bit though is that bespoke signature scent which is a heavenly infusion of lush rose petals, soft notes of Coconut Milk, creamy Caramel and rich Almond Butter, Madagascar Vanilla, Patchouli and soft White Musk. Pure luxury.

“…you need the lux volume mist.”

If you love volume without that over the top and stiff feel then you need the Lux Volume Mist. It’s heat that activates this lightweight product so using it on damp hair is ideal. That said, a spritz on second day hair followed by a quick blast of the hair dryer does wonders for cheating freshly washed hair.

This has clever Co Polymer Technology which basically lifts the hair from the shaft and gives your hair strength and long-lasting volume. Aloe Vera, Mango, Kiwi and Ginger help to condition the hair and extracts of Lychee slow the effects of colour fading. It also has the added benefit of Sunflower Seed Extract which protects and repairs from the dryness and lack of strength in hair caused by UVA/UVB rays.

So as well as getting that much-loved natural looking volume, my hair is super conditioned too. The other great thing is that you can never overdo it with this product and there’s no specific technique required to get your desired results. I like to apply directly at the roots and massage in before following with heat. Of course that stunning signature scent also makes for a lavish hair styling routine and this compliments most other products I use.

My last favourite but by no means least is the Premiere Finishing Spray. There are so many uses for this wonder product; from heat protection pre-styling to a flexible hold post styling as well as a shine and fragrance mist, making this is one hair styling product I love having to hand.

In case you haven’t guessed, I don’t like that scrunchy stiff feel in the hair and the traditional hairsprays tend to either look too greasy when applied and over time dry my hair out. This on the other hand is infused with Argan oil so you get a flexible hold without compromising on the shine. There’s none of that stiffness either.

“…you get a flexible hold without compromising on the shine.”

I particularly love a light spritz of this after I’ve curled my hair and it helps maintain that undone wavy hair look I love. Also, for that extra protection against frizz, I use this on dry hair before using my straighteners – this technique really helps to smooth flyaways and keeps my hair super sleek and shiny.

With a stunning bejewelled cap this is one of the best finishing sprays I have tried in a while and it even comes in a travel size too.

If you love adding a bit of luxury then this is definitely a hair care brand I would recommend. It is indulgent for sure, but the products work wonders on my hair both together and on their own. I also can’t resist divine smelling hair styling products and that packaging….need I say anymore?!
